We cut and shape these oversized brass ovals by hand, but the real soul is in the surface—we carve and stamp those deep, vertical ridges into the raw metal one by one, mimicking the intense, beautiful rhythm of a tropical downpour.
Because we texture every piece by hand without molds or machines, the lines on your pair will have their own unique depth and spacing. The scored brass catches the light in a completely different way than a smooth polish, casting subtle shadows that give the earrings an earthy, ancient feel. Left completely raw, they will deepen in color and develop a personal patina that tells the story of where you wear them.
